Congratulations to everyone involved in the extremely successful u11 Festival of Hurling held in Carnaun yesterday. The club hosted teams from Sixmilebridge, Doora Barefield, Kilcormac Killoughey, Naas, Ahane, Michael Cusacks and James Stephens. The standard of hurling was exceptional and well done to all the teams who made it such a memorable day.
Well done to David Donohue and his management team, the referees, pitch coordinators and umpires. Thank you to everyone who sponsored items for the event. Well done to those who lined out pitches, helped with car parking and tidied up after the event. A very sincere thank you goes to the hard working group of parents and club members who ensured that everyone who attended was fed and looked after. We are very proud that you showed our visitors what our club is all about.
